The key card was not working in the elevator despite making complaint each time. The hotel reception never accepted my complaint and each time they had to send someone alongwith us to see whether the key card works on the room and it did. I didn't like the people in the reception response to resolve

Disappointed to not get GST bill which would have enabled my company to claim GST. Disappointed

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of options, though I feel it could be improved in terms of variety and freshness.In all, I would recommend Hotel Sayaji Jamnagar for its great service and comfortable accommodation. With a little enhancement in the breakfast selection, it would truly be a top-notch stay!

A large room with an excellent sized comfy bed and beautiful bed linen. Tea and coffee making facilities and a great shower with plentiful hot water. The corridors were carpeted which deadened sound, so we were able to get a decent nights sleep. The location was excellent, a short ride from the station and a nice walk to the market area. There were tasty eateries close by. The breakfast spread was delicious and the dosa made to order was crisp and tasty. Staff were polite, helpful and professional. We were able to leave our luggage at reception on the day of our departure, which was a good help.

The room wasn’t particularly well cleaned. There was food on the floor and surfaces were sticky and marked. The shower screen needed a really good clean. It didn’t spoil our stay, but some people might have been put off by this.

Location was Central, Size of Room was great, The Hotel Lobby and restaurants are all very good. Underground parking available, Room safe, hot water anytime.

The room had not been cleaned properly. Their Housekeeping was poor and only focussed on making the bed look presentable, The furniture had tea/coffee stains and there was dust on the floor, corners and ledges. The toilet had not been cleaned and the seat had urine stains. We did complain and got offered another room but on inspection it was worse so we requested house keeping to come and clean our room. The attendant was very bemused at our request and was grinning. Housekeeping standards are very poor for a hotel with 4 stars on booking.com and one of the most expensive hotel in Jamnagar. Reception desk gave us our key card without explaining how to use it in the lift to access our floor. Wifi password was also not offered on check in.

Excellent location with friendly and attentive staff. Had a great family dinner in the Cravings Restaurant.

Restaurant was a mess in terms of managing customers during peak hours. No one knew what was happening. Food was good though

Bathroom was leaking, restaurant had set menu for dinner, as we did not want to eat heavy at night we asked whether they serve Ala Cart and they confirmed. However when spring rolls came they were so crispy like a biscuit and even cutlet hot from out side and cold from inside, when asked chef he accepted for spring roll but did not accept for vegetable cutlet and we were charged even though we returned (less on piece) . Even while checking out I spoke with manager and he patiently heard my complain, he mentioned he will visit the rooms to check the leakage immediately but till we were waiting for our taxi he was glued to he desk

your staff must know the difference between a complement and discomforting a person

a waiter at the restaurant came to me complementing me that i am very beautiful. then he wouldn't leave my table. it was so over whelming that eventually it became too uncomfortable with his constant presence and i felt insecure.

The location was quite central though below a flyover. The Hotel is a city building with no open spaces. However, it is spacious within the building.

The feel can be more sophisticated - the upkeepof the rooms, the cleanliness - quality of towels and bed sheets etc can be better

Hotel in a great location. Rooms and facilities were excellent. All staff welcoming and professional.

There was construction work going on at the hotel and had to ask management to get it stopped as it was noisy. They done exactly that. No firther issues.
